CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We will confirm your appointment with you 24 hours in advance by text or email as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatments.
CANCELLATION FEES
In the event that you arrive late for an appointment we will do our utmost to provide the treatment, but we may be under a time constraint. If you are running late please call the salon on 0191 281 6333 ASAP so we can do our best to make provisions to enable us to carry out all your booked services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to allow other clients to book in your place. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment amount. ‘No shows’ will be required to prepay for treatments to secure future bookings.
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
